About Us

We are an enterprise that was incorporated in Söke, Aydın in 1986, that has achieved firsts in different sectors in agriculture since the day it was incorporated and that made a stride into a first and started to grow and export Organic Pomegranates through our company Başak Tarım A.Ş. in 2003. Our products have been both being sold at home and especially exported to several European countries since 2003.

Once consumers have recently become conscious, consumption of organic products and foods starts to gain importance both in Turkey and all over the world as the days go by. Nature-respecting agricultural production without using pesticides has gained great importance for us.

We, Başak Tarım A.Ş. family, offer the consumers our organically certified products, prioritising human health, natural life and environmental consciousness.

We process the crops we grow without using any chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides that are harmful for human health and harvest from our farms and produce our products under our own projects in compliance with the ORGANOC AND GLOBAL GA.P standards in each new season. Further, the certificates awarded to our existing land and enterprise are the following: TR-EU-NOP / GLOBAL G.A.P – GRASP

We export a great part of our organic products, namely Organic Pomegranate, Organic Frozen Pomegranate Juice, Organic Pomegranate Seed Oil, Organic Dried Pomegranate Rind, Organic Pomegranate Arils to different countries and industries.

We make our best efforts to be able to offer our ORGANIC products at home all year round.

Our target is to further grow and occupy a place in the future of Organic Agriculture.
